First connect your VHS cams to computer with USB cable,
Download and install AVS Recorder on your computer, launch it.You can see the interface:
On the right side of the interface is the setting window,you can use the provided functions as you need.
Capture: You need to keep the Recommended format as output format. Choose output path to save the capture VHS video to PC file.
Scheduler: There are Split the captured video into files (set the necessary period of time and file size), Stop capture automatically (set the necessary period of time after which the program will stop capturing and the necessary total size of all the captured video files so that when the program reaches this entered size of the captured video it will automatically stop capturing) and Disable screen saver (use this option to turn off the windows screen saver).
Settings: This tab is used to change the additional audio format properties and capture device settings.
After all the above finished, click 
to start capturing. If you set the end time before, the capture will stop automatically. Or you can click "Stop Capture" button to finish it.You can watch the captured video on your PC.
When the capture finished, a new interface will appear,just click "Capture" button to download VHS video converter.
